We had a mixed experience at the Monterey Condominiums. While the location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach, and the resort itself had a good vibe with friendly guests, our interaction with the management left a lot to be desired. I was particularly disheartened by their cancellation policies, which seemed inflexible in light of personal circumstances. Despite some hiccups, the overall cleanliness and comfort of the place made our stay decent, but the service did not meet our expectations.
Our stay at the Monterey Condominiums was a mixed bag. While the location was a huge plus, being so close to the beach, my experience with the management left much to be desired. The atmosphere felt more like a surveillance watch than a vacation retreat. On a brighter note, the facilities were good, but the strict rules dampened our spirits. Overall, it was clean and comfortable, but I felt more like a prisoner than a guest.
My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, making it feel like home. However, the management's overly watchful presence created a troubling atmosphere, making us feel more like inmates than guests. I was especially frustrated with how they handled our family's situation, which led to a nostalgic family tradition being disrupted. All in all, while the rooms were pleasant, I don't think I would choose to return.
My stay at the Monterey Resort was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, the place was clean and had a fantastic beach view, plus the other guests were lovely to talk with. However, I found the lack of an elevator made lugging our bags up to the third floor a bit of a hassle, and the distance from the center of Wildwood was a bit of a trek. Overall, it was decent, but not without its drawbacks.
My stay at this resort spa was far from relaxing due to the overly watchful management and strict rules. While the room was clean and spacious, and the views from the hotel were fantastic, the atmosphere felt more like a jail than a vacation spot. I noticed other guests were equally uncomfortable, leading to a tense environment. Although the amenities were decent, I can't get over the negative experience with the staff's intrusive behavior.
